Responsibilities
Revolution is now hiring for a Lead Person position in Little Rock, AR. This role will be responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization.
- Must be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.
- Understand the order sheet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues.
- Know the quality system; make quality checks on time; verify correct count and label.
- Make and handle the product.
- Understand the order sheet specifications.
- Communicate and coordinate daily issues with your relief.
- Attend monthly safety meetings.
- Know and help enforce all company policies.
- Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
- Other duties are assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
- Extrusion experience is highly preferred
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2 / 2 / 3 schedule.
- Must be able to read and understand instructions well.
- Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed.
- Perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
