Revolution Industrial is Hiring an Electrical Foreman Near Chandler, AZ

Revolution Industrial is looking for experienced Electrical Field Foreman to join our team. To be consider for this position you must have 3 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman with Commercial or Industrial Experience. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to company standards and the project specifications. It will ensure that crews are used efficiently and properly and will work with the general contractor in managing the project. In addition, the position will be responsible for productivity, safety, quality control, labor costs, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials, and any other activity that would impact the successful completion of the project.

Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (may be required to travel). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Electrical Foreman position is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. They work with blueprints to figure out how the systems are supposed to work. Then, they use that information to troubleshoot electrical problems and come up with solutions for them.

Adhere to Safety Practices

Basic Blueprint Reading

Light Fixture Installation

Cable Pulling and Terminations

Life safety systems installations

Ground Up/Underground Installation Electrical Work

Installation and Bending of EMT Raceways

Electrical Equipment Installations and Connections

Security and Communication Systems Installations

Installation of Mechanical Support Systems for Electrical Work

Installation of Control Systems for Mechanical and Process Controls

Installation, Bending and Threading of IMC, GRC and OCAL Conduit.

Additional Task:

  • Responsible for monitoring all progress on projects in the field.
  • Emphasizes, Monitor, and Address Safety Hazards or potential problems with site management.
  • Understands and complies with Company/Job Safety Requirements. (O.S.H.A.)
  • Assists Project Managers with Project Schedule, Development, and Maintenance.
  • Understands budgeted values for labor, man power, equipment and consumables.
  • Responsible for ensuring efficient crew sizing and makeup is always present and adjusting when necessary.
  • Accurately oversee time reporting and proper coding of timesheets.
  • Schedule timely inspections to meet assigned project deadlines.
  • Attend daily and weekly project meetings and promptly reports field issues to Management.
  • Ensures Foremen are promptly and accurately completing all necessary reports and documentation for their crews (timesheets, daily reports, safety/quality forms, and employee evals etc....
  • Visit job sites to walk through projects reviewing and inspecting installation methods and quality of work performed.
  • Monitor codes and specifications, installation methods. Maintain thorough knowledge of the systems and equipment being installed.
  • Positively identify colors of wires.
  • Comprehends reading and drawing prints and schematics of same.
  • Must use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
  • Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
  • Must be capable of digging trenches, either by use of hand tools or equipment.
  • Able to use 2 handed tools/equipment. (i.e. cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jackhammers, etc.)

Requirements:

3 years of experience managing Multi-Million Dollar Commercial and Industrial Construction Projects.

Advanced Knowledge of all aspects of Construction Management and Industry Practices.

Advanced Knowledge of NEC Electrical Codes

Advanced in Reading and Interpreting Plans and Specifications

OSHA 10/30 - (Preferred)

Electrical License - (Preferred)

Must be able to pass a 10 Panel Drug Test

Must be able to pass a Background Check (No Felonies in the last 7 years - No Misdemeanors in the last 5 years)
