Revolution is seeking a Night-Shift Production Manager to join their team in Terre Haute, IN. This role will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in an industrial organization. In addition, this position will ensure safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. 

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for operation in accordance with cost, quantity, and quality specifications. 
• Ensure progressive safety behaviors are executed, accidents and near misses of any severity level are thoroughly investigated, and countermeasures are implemented. 
• Manage material and finished product inventories to meet quality, performance, and customer service requirements.
• Develop technical skills and business savvy across core leadership teams and foster a collaborative environment to prepare the next generation of leaders.
• Champion and drive a continuous improvement culture to maximize competitiveness and financial returns.
• Coordinate efforts of department employees to achieve quantity and quality objectives to meet daily production goals.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
• Facilitate employee success through training, coaching, and evaluation. 
• Provide performance data and feedback to management teams for assessing department performance. 
• Audit work area to ensure proper housekeeping.

• College degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience specifically in the plastics industry.
• 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is required.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and conflict-management skills. Results-driven.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and holidays) when required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer skills in relevant software systems, including Microsoft Office.
