• Answering customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints
• Providing product information and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Upselling products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Conducting face to face consultations with customers
• Accurately entering customer data and maintaining customer records
• Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, including face to face and over the phone
• Demonstrating a positive and friendly demeanor at all times

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
