We are looking for a strong .Net Development Lead to join our experienced team that develops SaaS (internet facing) software to support the screening of Newborn babies across of broad spectrum of tests. You will be a key person in the development team designing and building code that will be used across the product solutions we provide.
You will be a Development Lead within the .Net coding team, providing guidance and tasks to the team, monitoring code quality and ensuring that work is delivered on time. This is a high-paced development and you will need to be comfortable with working on multiple projects in parallel.
You will require the following experience and skills to be a successful applicant for this role:
Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of extensive Development experience in Microsoft technologies
• .Net Framework version 4, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Code 5

Preferred Qualifications:

• SQL Server stored procedure development
• HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery
• DevExpress or equivalent
• API Development
• Git / Github
• HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, etc.)
• Python
• Classic ASP
• Medical system experience
• WinForms
• Domain experience in Hearing Screening, CCHD or NBS
• AWS
• Containerization (microservices, docker, etc.)
• Agile development using Jira
• Secure coding principals
• Advanced debugging skills
• Excellent analytical problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
• Work on own initiative - proactive and innovative
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Work with business users to define and refine requirements
