Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tampa, FL for a BDR Team Manager. The BDR Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of business development representatives (BDRs) to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. The BDR Team Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team
• Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to coach and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
• 3 Years of Sales Management
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

These qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in the managed services or IT industry
• Experience with creating and managing call campaigns.

Salary

Base Salary is $100,000. OTE available immediately upon request.
