Key Requirements:
Possess a valid Texas real estate license.
Reside in Austin, TX, or its vicinity.
Type of Role:Commission-based position
Compensation:$110,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prospect, qualify, research, and close properties
- Deliver proven scripts, tools, and methods to prospective clients
- Lead generation and tracking metrics
- Show homes to clients based on their criteria
- Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and annual sales metrics
- Must have a valid real estate license in the state of Texas
- Some experience in sales, particularly in real estate, is essential
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is a must
