W are looking for a Manager – ESG/Sustainability Reporting to lead data collection and reporting activities for ESG ("Environmental, Social & Governance") initiatives aligned with Rexford's long-term ESG goals. As a key member of the Rexford Industrial ESG team, reporting to the Snr Director, ESG, this newly created role will be responsible for managing and enhancing ESG reporting.
The most successful person will have previous experience working in sustainability/ESG at a real estate organization and applied knowledge of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol and leading Sustainability surveys and reporting frameworks. They will apply their strong organizational skills and background in data management to ensure Rexford's sustainability performance reporting is accurate, efficient and timely. They will work in an integrated and collaborative manner with cross-functional teams throughout the Rexford organization to support ESG initiatives (Design and Construction, Property Management, Leasing, Legal and Acquisitions, Finance and Accounting) as well as with external partners.

Compensation
Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility, and long-term stock incentives. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, with a 20% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.*The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.

*These stock grants are subject to approval by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, are currently subject to vesting over a four-year period, with 25% of the grant vesting per year, and require continued employment on the grant date and each applicable vesting date.
