As a Contract Processing Administrator, you will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company by researching and resolving contract issues. Job duties may include researching customer accounts, processing contract creation and terminations for Reynolds and Reynolds products and services, and general administrative office duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company files so that everyone across the company always has the most up to date information. If you are looking for a professional clerical position in a corporate environment, this is the position for you!

Requirements:

• Basic office skills such as knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines on a consistent basis
• Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Must be self-paced but also able to work well with teammates
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
