Lead Mechanic/Asst. Shop Manager inspects, services, and maintains heavy-duty construction equipment. The Lead Mechanic/Asst. Shop Manager is responsible for driving to the job site, inspecting engines and equipment, carrying out services, conducting repairs, and providing routine maintenance to the construction fleet. Requirements and Skills

• Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Lead Mechanic/Asst. Shop Manager. Computer experience with machine software such as Cat ET and Mack Tech tool/Volvo Vcads and/or similar.
• Communication: Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions and must be willing to adhere to plans and directives.
