Site Manager for Medical Imaging Network (Centrelake)

Centrelake Imaging (a Rezolut Partner) is a full-service, all digital radiology network. Our practice was founded by a team of experienced medical practitioners focused on delivering high quality and affordable diagnostic imaging services including vascular and interventional procedures. We pride ourselves on our continuous efforts in building our reputation while delivering exceptional patient care. This dedication is supported by our use of advanced technology coupled with the skills and expertise of highly qualified radiology professionals.

We are looking for a Site Manager who is punctual, detail-oriented, responsible, customer service driven, and capable of effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are seeking someone with strong office management experience, but we are willing to train qualified individuals with strong radiology, management and customer services skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Managers oversee staff and manage daily operations and delivery of medical imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage daily operations of facility
• Manage staff and direct all staff activities including, coordinating schedules and breaks, providing training and guidance, reviewing and approving bi-weekly timecards, conducting performance evaluations, etc.

• Participate in and monitor Site Manager telephone queue and assist with all queries

• Serves as primary point of contact for referring physicians for the office
• Ensures all files are maintained and organized systematically

• Review and monitor staff work schedules, work hours, and duty assignments of personnel. Investigates irregularities in the delivery of care or service, policy violations, etc., and takes corrective action when necessary

• Develop, implement, and administer procedures and best practices to streamline processes for center operations.

• Verify that departments' personnel are properly oriented, trained, in-serviced, and evaluated including identifying urgent matters

• Monitor STAT exams daily for timely delivery
• Ensures staff provide and maintain the highest level of care and services in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Functions as a patient service liaison to hear and help resolve issues of concern.
• Provides information for all reports, charting, and requests for documents accurately and timely.

• Ensure compliance with various, State, County and other regulatory requirements

• Submit ACR accreditation applications

• Maintain confidentiality HIPPA standards for the organization
• Assist with business development events and activities.
• Ability to work weekends and flex schedule as necessary

Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• 3 years experience working in healthcare as team lead

• Knowledge of radiology procedures and standards

• Highly skilled in maintaining strong relations with providers and patients

• Must possess good oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, providers and patients

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Knowledge of EHR and PACS

• Near perfect attendance and punctuality

• Knowledge of PPO, Medicare and Medi-Cal guidelines

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
