Electrical Superintendent

Workload/Contracted Projects:
At our shop, there is no slow season. We have a variety of residential developments and commercial projects lined up, ensuring steady work for our teams through 2025. All projects are located in Nassau & Suffolk counties, offering electricians and junior mechanics ample opportunities for overtime. We consistently bid on projects every week to guarantee work for our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and directing residential and commercial projects (new and renovations)
- Interpreting specifications and drawings to layout projects
- Scheduling, organizing, and managing field labor
- Attending job meetings and collaborating with other trades
- Reviewing and updating scheduling, RFI’s, and change orders
- Pricing and ordering materials
- Keeping daily logs of projects
- Working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Requirements:
- Must have Residential and Commercial experience
- Must have Valid Driver License
- Must be motivated, responsible and reliable
- Must have experience as a working superintendent of 3 years
- Must be able to scale drawings and read construction plans
- Must be able to multitask between projects
