Job Description :

Client Space Vehicles is a dynamic office seeking a temporary administrative assistant.

Responsibilities :

• Responsibilities include reception activities such as greeting and checking-in visitors and directing phone calls
• Arranging conference rooms and refreshments for meetings
• Sorting and distributing mail, supporting new hire onboarding activities
• Maintaining office and kitchen inventory
• Managing conference room calendars in Microsoft Outlook, and other administrative support activities.

Requirements :

• Must be able to work independently, but also be a positive, collaborative member of the Client team.
• Administrative Assistance experience preferred.

Education :

High School Completion / GED required. Some college preferred.
