What you will work on
- Develop and execute overall change management strategies around complex client business initiatives by utilizing proven change management methodologies and techniques.
- Conduct organizational needs assessments and stakeholder analyses, document business processes and systems, and facilitate the transformation from "current state" to "desired state”.
- Manage numerous program and project deliverables, including technology and organizational transformation change initiatives, across a client organization and ensure timely completion within budget.
- 8 years of experience executing change management initiatives for complex, global organizations including, but not limited to, organizational change, business process management, system implementations/conversions, enterprise risk, and operational excellence.
- Strong foundation in at least one widely used program/project management and change management methodology or framework with a strong ability to be flexible and adapt to new methodologies.
- Exceptional project and change management skills in scoping, designing, and delivering business and IT transformational activities.
- CPCM/Prosci highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $90 hr.
