Marketing Analytics Manager

Are you a data-driven professional passionate about marketing analytics? Join our team as a Marketing Analytics Manager to help our client create comprehensive analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives across our business units, including clinical service lines, insurance products, and brand campaigns. As the primary contact for internal marketing reporting, you'll ensure that all marketing programs are backed by robust analytical plans. You will collaborate closely with different teams, including service line marketing, digital experience, content, and creative, to optimize marketing effectiveness and channel performance.

Key Responsibilities of Marketing Analytics Manager:

• Develop and implement analytics 360 plans with input from strategy, media, client engagement, and web analytics teams.
• Ensure plans connect marketing activities to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as financial outcomes, capacity, and brand health.
• Create distribution and communication strategies for reporting deliverables.
• Identify and integrate testing and experimentation opportunities into marketing programs to enhance performance.
• Partner with the web analytics team to improve comprehensive marketing reports and dashboards.
• Use models such as marketing mix and attribution to support strategic decision-making.
• Define and streamline workflows and reporting views in marketing analytics tools to enable self-service reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and onboarding for internal stakeholders on using self-service automated reporting.
• Manage and develop automated reports and dashboards, continuously identifying and addressing gaps in our marketing funnel.
• Assist the Director of Analytics in creating a long-term marketing analytics roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• 7 years of progressively responsible and related experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Tableau, and other BI/visualization tools.
• Proficiency in statistical concepts and methodologies, including attribution and marketing mix.
• Experience in creating frameworks to streamline workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of both online and offline advertising.
• Expert in analytical thinking and A/B test design.
• Proficient in creating clear and concise reports.
• Strong attention to detail.
