What You'll Do as Senior Procurement Specialist:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings across the organization.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts across various spend categories, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, particularly within the Media & Entertainment sector.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage key projects within the Production & Content Supply Chain, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring high performance and adherence to contract terms.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and utilize metrics to monitor supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with Executives: Work closely with Production & Content Supply Chain executives to formulate and execute business strategies that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the VP, Production & Content Supply Chain Procurement, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications of Senior Procurement Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a technical major.
• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, and sourcing within a sophisticated environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Production & Content Supply Chain in the Media & Entertainment industry.
• Professional accreditation in sourcing/procurement is preferred.
