Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Follow up promptly with company supplied sales leads.

- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing our roofing products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for roofing and construction projects.

- Stay involved with the project management to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Requirements:

- Ability to engage with potential customers in a persuasive and professional manner.

- Knowledge and experience of residential construction and roofing processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
