**Job Title: Window Washing Field Technician**

**Position Overview:**
As a Window Washing Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients' windows are spotless and gleaming, enhancing the appearance and value of their properties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform window cleaning services using a variety of techniques, including traditional squeegee methods, water-fed poles, and rope access systems, ladders and much more.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure jobs are progressing smoothly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company on-site.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in window cleaning or related field preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
