Job Description

• knowledge of Basic DC and AC electricity and components and one (1) year of Electronics.
• Excellent telephone skills to communicate and assist customers with product questions. (From 25% to 100% on the telephone daily).
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components from the field and within the Plant.
• Record and analyze failure data.
• Able to read schematics.
• Knowledge and use of bench equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
