**SUMMARY:**
We're currently hiring a ***Technical Support Analyst Digital Customer Experience*** to effectively and efficiently interact with our customer base of plumbers, homeowners, and distributors.
You will be addressing technical support concerns via phone and providing digital response in form of business email communication. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to exceed expectations in completing tasks through all communication portals of customer service.
A critical aspect of this role is relationship building and elevating our Customers Experience. This full-time position (with benefits) will be working virtually in our high-volume call environment.
All applicants *MUST* complete a Rheem assessment test AND Written Communication skills assessments when interviewing for consideration.
* Field experience servicing either electric or gas appliances - Water Heaters
* Customer service-related experience in a call center providing Technical Support
* Bilingual in French/English or Spanish/English
