**Job Overview:**

**Requirements:**

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license

- Proficiency in Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar electronic medical records systems

- Ability to dialyze patients if required

- Competence in medication administration and adherence to standards of care

- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
