Job Description:

Are you a top-producing salesperson looking to join a winning team and make great money selling a high-quality product? Rhino-Back Roofing, a local residential roofing company, is seeking a motivated and experienced in-home sales representative to join our team.

Experience:

• 1 years of sales and/or customer service
• Experience in the retail industry; clothing, bartending, and coffee shops is relevant as well
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
• Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Certain opportunities require a clean DMV record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Run estimate appointments scheduled by the office
• Close new business during in-home visits
• Follow up with unsold prospects to convert them into sales
• Stay focused on customer needs and satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
