Opportunity Specifics
- Start Date: July 8, 2024
- End Date: October 5, 2024 (Likely to extend)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift Times: Vary between 7a-530p, 8a-630p, 9a-730p
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cardiac-ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering any questions to alleviate concerns.
- Position patients correctly and use appropriate techniques to obtain high-quality images.
- Evaluate and analyze images for diagnostic quality, ensuring all necessary structures and areas are captured.
- Collaborate with the medical team to discuss findings and contribute to patient management decisions.
- Document and maintain patient records, including imaging files and relevant information.
- Adhere to established protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures.
- Registied as a diagostic Cardiac Sonagrpaher through RDCS or Cardiovasular credentialing Internaial CCI
- 5 years experience in a hosptial setting
- Strong knowledge of cardiac-ultrasound equipment, techniques, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and occasional weekends as required.
