JOB DESCRIPTION

REVELXP is currently looking for a team-oriented, hospitality-minded individual. As the Experience Guide Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Experience Guides at The Jayhawk Experience. The ideal team member will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage tour schedules and routes, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of colleagues. The Experience Guide Supervisor will manage a team of guides that take guests through the culture and history of the Kansas Athletic Facilities through storytelling with passion, pride and enthusiasm all while and contributing to the first-class tour experience we aim to provide at VT

Requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to represent REVELXP and VT Athletics with minimal supervision
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making experience with ability to professionally manage last minute change's and guest issues
• Able to answer questions and maintain high energy throughout the event
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Be able to stand for long periods of time (outside, possibly in the elements)
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends
• Strong customer service skills preferred
