Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under direction of the Branch Manager, the Member Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate and efficient service to members and handling all transactions relating to loans, deposit accounts, and other member service related activity. Must provide detailed information to members and potential members about all Credit Union products and services and appropriately cross-sell these services. Will also perform the duties and responsibilities of a Teller, Experienced Teller, or Head Teller. The person is required to perform these duties at any Credit Union location as assigned.
