Rhodes Bake-N-Serv located in Columbus, Wisconsin manufactures frozen breads and rolls. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift Refrigeration Technician to be a part of our team.

Description

The Refrigeration Technician will work either 8 hours per day or 10 hours per day on either 2nd shift or 3rd shift. Also, will need to have the flexibility to work on a "On Call Responder" on all three (3) shifts, serves as a back-up to any Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems. This individual will discuss equipment variations with the Safety & PSM Manager to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the plant. Also assists in installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

Must have prior experience in refrigeration maintenance. Also prefer someone with strong industrial maintenance experience that includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC. Must also be able to work independently.
