Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 15% commission (OTE=$105k-$130k ) Great Benefits

Travel: Up to 50% (4-6 days per month at most); Car & Air Travel; WFH when not traveling

Start Date: ASAP [Remote] Territory Sales Manager (Packaging Industry Sales exp req) DescriptionOur client, a leading packaging company, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team and manage their Mid-West territory. In this role, you will drive sales growth by providing packaging solutions to suppliers within the Mid-West territory. To accomplish this, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will inherit all existing clients in the territory, consisting of some of the client’s largest accounts, but will be expected to hunt for new clients 60%-70% of the time. Beyond the bullets, our client is looking for a self-starter with great communication skills and a drive be successful. To thrive in this role, you must have experience in Packaging Industry sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate leads
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

3 years of Outside Sales experience required
