You will be responsible for developing the client’s analytics and measurement roadmap, growing the analytics department, and driving strategic insights for both the agency and clients. The ideal candidate is a thought leader and an expert in mining and analyzing large datasets to optimize marketing channels, enhance performance, and support data-driven decision-making. To succeed, you must be excellent at mining large data with SQL and Power BI and have a strong understanding of Digital Media Management. Digital Analytics Manager (Digital Media Exp Req) ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive analytics and measurement roadmap for the agency
Drive the growth and evolution of the analytics department
Analyze large datasets
Utilize advanced data analysis techniques
Compile data from various marketing tools
Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards (via NinjaCat)
Share insights on channel effectiveness
Collaborate with Digital Media and Performance Marketing teams
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics processes
Design and produce dashboards and ad hoc reports
Mentor and manage Analysts, developing growth and overseeing performance
Lead analytics discussions during client onboarding and digital campaign planning
Establish website KPIs and configure Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Digital Analytics Manager (Digital Media Exp Req) QualificationsBachelor’s degree required
5 years of Analytics experience required
3 years of Digital Media Measurement and Website Analytics experience required
3 years of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience required
Management Or Supervisory Experience RequiredExperience with large datasets for analytics and actionable insights required
Experience utilizing Power BI / SQL to mine large datasets required
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, v-lookups, and dashboard creation) experience required
