Rhythm Systems is Hiring a Consulting & Software Sales Representative Near Charlotte, NC

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software & Consulting Sales Representative to join our team and support our sales efforts.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative with 3-5 years of experience in sales to support our Rhythm System sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the software industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of RHythm Systems software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and go to market campaigns 
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of solution development and consulting sales 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
