Riboli Family Wines is Hiring a Brand Ambassador Near Los Angeles, CA
Riboli Family Wines Events and Marketing department are looking to hire an energetic candidate to be the face and voice of our brand during events and sponsorships.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and understand the brand’s message, mission, and goals
- Work with Events and Sponsorship Dept to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
- Educated customers, retailers, and distributors about our products
- Help push sales with in-store dry/wet demos
- Building rapport with customers and vendors
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the sponsorship & events department
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service environment (1-year minimum)
- Have completed WSET1 course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel
- Must be punctual and self-motivated
- Professional at all times
- Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sundays
- Must have reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license
- Must be 21 years old
- Bilingual a plus
