Rice Lake Weighing Systems is Hiring a Robot Operator *$100/week incentive Near Rice, WI
For over 75 years, Rice Lake Weighing Systems has been a successful, growth-oriented company known as a leader in the weighing industry and our community. We are seeking a Robot Operator to join our team.
Basic FunctionOperate and tend robotic welding machine within product quality, efficiency and safety standards. Cleans up all tooling, machinery, and work areas when finished with each job. Notifies the supervisor of any equipment or tooling that is damaged or not working properly.

Qualifications/ PrerequisitesEducation and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year welding experience or a 1-year welding certificate from a credited school or equivalent training program
- Good communication skills
- Good blueprint reading skills
- Must successfully pass the RLWS written and practical weld tests
- No current restrictions prohibiting regular lifts up to 50 lbs
- No current restrictions prohibiting infrequent lifts up to 100 lbs
