This position will function as a highly skilled SS3 with specific responsibilities that include:
Strong grasp of the fundamental principles, methods, andprocedures used in data acquisition, management, analysis, and visualization ina GIS environment
Able to utilize appropriate software tools and procedures to processand analyze data
Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Outlook, Word)

Where does your candidate currently reside? Question3 The resource will be required to be onsite at 1980 West Broad St, Columbus, minimum of 3 days a week. Does your candidate agree to this requirement? Question4 Do you understand, and will abide by, the provision in your subcontract with OST that it is PROHIBITED for government equipment to be taken or used outside of the United States by your contractors? The consequences of this occurring can and will result in repercussions to you, the prime vendor, regardless if the candidate works for a sub-vendor of yours. It will also result in immediate termination of the contractor, and make them ineligible for rehire in the program.
- Will be required to be onsite at 19NA West Broad St, Columbus, minimum of 3 days a week**.
This position will function as a highly skilled SS3 with specific responsibilities that include:
- Primarily responsible for reviewing field collected roadway characteristics data for HPMS and MIRE Data Collection project.
- Analyze, edit and update collected data.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy
- Analyzing data for trends that may affect data quality
- Utilize source data such as aerial imagery, PathWeb, and street view
- Adhere to agency data standards
- Coordinate with vendor to identify and correct data discrepancies
- Must be knowledgeable in the English language and be able to speakclearly and understandably
- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Strong grasp of the fundamental principles, methods, andprocedures used in data acquisition, management, analysis, and visualization ina GIS environment
Able to utilize appropriate software tools and procedures to processand analyze data
Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and oral and written skills. Possess strongmeeting and work session skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team, the ability tomanage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
- Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning,problem solving, and decision-making skill
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of transportation system (roadway attributes / network)
- Experience in Roadway Data collection and processing
- ESRI ArcPro
- Linear Referencing Systems knowledge helpful.
