Under general supervision, drives the successful management of HCM related technical implementations, process improvement efforts and business process or product enhancement projects.
The Sr. HCM Project Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, management, and completion of projects supporting Human Resources functionality within the core ERP solution and any supporting ancillary applications and/or solutions. YOut-of-state candidates will be accepted.
The ideal candidate should be able to lead process improvement initiatives and IT projects to improve productivity, quality and employee experience.
Overall management, tracking and reporting of project schedule and activities, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget.
Work closely with leaders, project teams and various stakeholders to ensure projects effectively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and deliver as planned.
Prepare communications to stakeholders, project artifacts, working documents and project schedules.

College Degree in a related field with 8 years professional experience
