Job Description

Responsible for food safety by following the Food Safety Plan's policies and procedures / Daily

Be knowledgeable of customer specifications and regulations / Daily

Attend Training per the Food Safety Plan / Monthly

Grade samples to FGIS standards on all shipments / Daily

Fill out the daily Positive Release log / Daily

Fill out COAs promptly and correct / Daily

Know the methods to correctly perform all test / Daily

Collect samples from various areas in the plant / Daily

Have to be available for weekend work / Weekly

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
