Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the transformation of our FP&A function. You'll refine and implement FP&A processes that deliver accurate financial insights to organizational leaders while working closely with the CFO and providing strategic support to the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Planning Systems & Financial Models:
• Design, automate, and implement forecasting and planning tools in collaboration with Accounting and Technology teams.
• Forecast Coordination & Consolidations:
• Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring clear communication of timelines and deliverables.
• Management Reporting:
• Develop reports that aid decision-making for senior management and the Board, and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic opportunities.
• Long-Range Planning:
• Lead multi-year financial planning to align key financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in a high-growth company.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with energy markets and capital project forecasting is a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Although the salary range is listed, compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and market factors, in alignment with industry standards.
