Richards, Watson & Gershon (“RWG”) invites candidates with 2-5 years of litigation experience to apply for a position representing public agencies, primarily in our Eminent Domain Department. RWG is a 70 year-old law firm, and a leader in the practice of public agency law. We seek candidates with experience drafting motions and discovery, attending court appearances, and taking depositions. RWG Eminent Domain attorneys work on complex and important issues affecting Californians today, including public works, mass transportation including light rail projects, infrastructure improvement, and grade separation projects. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence. Candidates will be considered for the Firm’s Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, or Sacramento offices.

The salary range for this position is $141,600 – $155,200 and represents the Firm’s best estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, familiarity with relevant subject matters, litigation skill set, and business origination.
