Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Director The Pointe North Hills in North Little Rock, AR. The Community Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including customer service, budgeting, communication, property management, and resident retention. The Pointe is a luxury 586 unit property currently with 281 additional units coming online 1st quarter 2025.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Director
- Experience with Real Page property software is a plus
- Experience with A-Class, high-end luxury properties is required.
- Proven experience managing large multifamily properties or regional manager experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a staff of 25 effectively.
- Strong background in Accounting/Finance
- Proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel
- Customer service and communication skills
- Budgeting and property management experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
