PT-DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL WEEKEND**** $500.00 Sign-On Bonus **** We are seeking a Weekend Part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide hands on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.Some lift and transfer may be required.The hours for this position Saturday & Sunday 8am-10pm (Working with Men)Paid trainings, including CPR/First Aid and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification!DSP’s assist with creating opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives by:Assisting with participation and exploration of the communityCultivating and expanding independent living skillsAssisting with development of meaningful and personal relationshipsImplementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goalsSign on Bonus $500, $250 – First Day; $250 – after six months.Eligible candidates must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record.
