Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibility / Duties 

Field calls from both sales and customers on open orders, new orders, projects, etc.

Enter orders into our ERP system, including but not limited to:

• Verify orders, account information, pricing and product selection
• Oversee the credit approval process and work with our credit and accounting teams to record receipt of deposits and payments
• Understand client requirements and double check their requests to ensure smooth order processing.

Review open orders including weekly back order reports, follow up and sales updates

Work directly with customers on weekly reports, order follow up and delivery information

Field customer issues including delivery delays, quality problems, etc:

• Work with our QC team to resolve quality issues
• Work with our production teams in the US and china for deliveries
• Work with design to follow up on specified projects in the event the customer is ordering a special non-inline item

Check stock for both customers and sales

Manage and arrange sample delivery and sales material, working with the Sampling department to ensure a smooth process

Answer product questions

Experience and Qualifications: 

• Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry and/or textile industry is preferred
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience
• Ability to self motivate
• Collaborates well with others
• Enjoys a fast paced environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Documentation skills
• Computer skills
• Strong listening and note taking skills
• Ability to interact with people verbally
• Ability to analyze data
• Strong organizational skills

Additional Notes: 

• Part Time remote work is available (3 days in office minimum after training period) 
• Salary Range is $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience and background
