The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required for position. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
Requirements:

-Master's degree required.

-NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.

Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.

-Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW or LCSW required.

-Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.
Salary Range: $39.113/hr - $47.620/hr (Commensurate with Experience)
