We are looking for a talented and motivated team leader to join our new smash burger concept in Knoxville, TN. Our unique farm-themed concept focuses on using the freshest, highest quality ingredients to create mouthwatering burgers that will keep our customers coming back for more.
As the team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our operation, from creating and executing our in house reciples, to ensuring that our team is delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization. This is a working position and will be working hands on with the team.
This position will initially start as a food truck concept for 2-3 months, before transitioning to a permanent location within a food hall. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing and exciting concept from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and organizational skills. A passion for fresh, farm-to-table ingredients is a must.
