**Responsibilities**

* Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships, and help to enhance the sales process

* Maintain positive relationships with our clients, factory representatives, and vendors

* Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff.

* Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.

* Forecast monthly goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.

* Ability to monitor service effectiveness.

* Continue to foster teamwork with all other departments.

* While maintaining current customer volume, be able to market to and attract new customer business.

* Deliver a premium experience to both customers and employees alike.

**Qualifications**

* Luxury car experience preferred

* Prior automotive service managerial experience preferred

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Technical automotive knowledge

* Demonstrated ability to manage others
