Candidate would need to be self-motivated. Attention to detail driven. Polite and friendly. Someone who likes to smile would be a plus!
Individual will perform shipping / receiving / mail duties in a warehouse environment.
Communication with all customers (internal / external) when packages, shipments, mail coming in and being shipped out.
Must be able to use PC, laptop with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
They will also use Slack. Answer questions regarding inbound and outbound customer needs.
Must be professional, polite, and courteous with all customers.
Will have daily scheduled deliveries and pick-ups with UPS, FedEx, USPS.
Track all daily volume metrics of inbound and outbound shipments, packages, and mail.
Must be able to prepare shipments such as banding, shrink wrapping to pallets.
Prepare shipments in boxes. Utilize and prepare labels, badging of packages such as UPS, FedEx.
Some USPS mail prep too. Will use pallet jacks and other similar equipment as well in their daily duties.
There will be bending, twisting, lifting. Individual will be on their feet for up to an hour at times.
The individual will need to be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
There is assistance available in the event of weight exceeding 50 lbs. Temp.

Roles & Responsibilities
Accountable for daily operations of solo-person site. Responsible for performing the contracted office services including, but not limited to : Shipping / Receiving / Mail services.
Communicating with customers with received packages. Communicate & assisting customers with outbound packages and freight.
Able to work with PC, laptop with Microsoft, Teams, Excel, Word platforms.
Lifting up to 75 lbs., bending, and twisting working in warehouse environment. May be on your feet up to or hour or more.

Able to perform banding, shrink wrapping, packaging, labeling. Able to work with carriers with receiving deliveries and shipping out pallets, boxes, some misc.
