RequirementsBlack Gold Harley-Davidson is looking for a Dealership Controller with at least
three years of strong automotive dealership experience as a Controller or strong
Office Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized
individual to join our accounting team in Allen, Texas. This position will also
administer our Dallas Harley-Davidson dealership in Garland, TX. This is a
wonderful environment and can be a long-term ‘home' for the right candidate.
Black Gold HD, is an entity within the RumbleOn national dealership network, with
over 55 stores across the country!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, Google docs, Gmail).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily posting of bank transactions
- Sales deal billing; loading inventory
- Process daily OEM dealer transfers
- Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks
- Some titling registration experience a plus
- Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations
- F&I products / warranty cancellations
- Supervise an accounting staff of four
- Month end closing process
- General Ledger reconciliations and cleaning schedules
- Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and
- Various projects assigned by the Region Controller
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Excel, Google docs, Gmail).
Education And Benefits
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Strong automotive, or powersports dealership experience a plus
