RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn , is looking to add a few entry level techs to our warehouse operations in Ocala, FL! Our entry level techs will play a dual role of builder and mechanic. If you are seeking an opportunity in a cool environment with awesome people, look no further! If you possess basic mechanical knowledge with regards to powersports, know how to use a set of tools, and are looking to gain more experience wrenching, apply below!

Main Responsibilities:

• Load and Unload inventory
• Provide detailed documentation of any shipping damages, including photos and parts needed for repairs immediately to the Service Advisor or Service Manager
• Assemble Powersports vehicles according to the checklist provided by the manufacturer
• Clean up the shop every morning before starting work and after each individual job/build is complete
• Prepare units for delivery
• Check fluids, tire pressure, and adjustments on all bikes
• Perform basic maintenance and oil changes as requested
• Install/Change tires
• Assist with other duties as requested by management and Senior level technicians

Requirements

• MMI Graduate or hands-on experience handling basic maintenance items on bikes or cars strongly desire
• Capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
• Clean driving record required
• Team Oriented- Works well with Managers, Technicians, and Customers
• Maintain an organized, tidy, and safe workspace
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high volume environment
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day
• Hands-on experience in a powersports dealership handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles, desired
• Motorcycle endorsement, desired
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays, at our Ocala, FL location
