Company : Robinson Toyota Industry : Automotive Title : Certified Automotive Technician Salary : Up to $100K Based on experience Location : Jackson, TN Type : Full-time / W-2 Position Summary : Robinson Toyota is seeking a skilled and certified Automotive Technician to join our service department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with ASE certifications being a significant advantage.

While an ASE Master Technician Certification is a plus, it is not mandatory. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work on a variety of makes and models, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance and repair services on a wide range of vehicles, including Toyota models and other makes.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure precise and effective repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service.

Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends. Qualifications : ASE certification in one or more areas is required : A1 - Engine Repair, A2 - Automatic Transmission / Transaxle, A3 - Manual Drive Train and Axles, A4 - Suspension and Steering, A5 - Brakes, A6 - Electrical / Electronic Systems, A7 - Heating and Air Conditioning, A8 - Engine Performance.

ASE Master Diagnostic Tech Manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., Toyota Technician Certification) are advantageous.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.

Compensation and Benefits : Competitive annual salary up to $100,000 based on experience and performance (flat rate pay system).
