Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Associate/Attorney (AM 100) with a top legal client of Ridgeback Recruiting's. As a Corporate Associate/Attorney, you will be responsible for tasks such as conducting due diligence, providing legal advice on corporate matters, managing client relationships, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of corporate law.
Qualifications
- 4 years of transactional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in corporate law and due diligence
- Ability to provide legal advice and navigate complex legal issues
- A JD or LLM from an ABA accredited University.
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience in the AM 100 and familiarity with the Boston business landscape are also advantageous.
