RN's/LPN's Needed for Charge Nurse Position!

**NEW Pay Scale**

**12 hr shifts are available**

**8 hr shifts are available**

**EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF**

We are looking for reliable RN's (Registered Nurses)/LPN's (Licensed Practical Nurses) to care for invalids in a professional and considerate manner. Nurse professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Excellent patient care skills

• The most basic responsibility is to ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.

• The Nurse professional must maintain the flow of the hall in a respectful, professional manner for both the team members and the residents.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Good computer and data entry skills

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Understanding of biology, human anatomy, and the benefits of the procedures that healthcare providers perform

• Strong attention to detail to remember patient allergies and prescribed treatments

• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

• Adaptability

• Must possess a valid RN/LPN License.
