Ridgecrest Post Acute is Hiring a Maintenance Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ
Ridgecrest Post Acute is a 5 Star CMS rated facility providing long-term and post acute care. We are looking for a 5 start Maintenance Assistant to complete our team.
SHIFT: Fulltime Sunday - Thursday each week (Friday and Saturday off.)
Responsibilities
- Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Assist with needed repairs in the facility that may include plumbing, carpentry and electrical, painting, wall repair, programming TV remotes, repair beds, etc.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service and appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
