Ridgetop Dental is looking for an experienced, motivated and committed Dental Treatment coordinator to join our organization!

The Treatment Coordinator works closely with the doctors to ensure that the patient understands and accepts the recommended treatment.

The responsibilities for this role include, but not limited to

• Verifying dental benefits and ensuring the treatment plan estimates are accurate

• Discussing the treatment plans with the patients
• Presenting treatment plans for all patients

• Documenting financial arrangements

• Implementing the office financial policies

• Educating patients about veneers, implants, crowns, bridges, Ortho, Perio and any other treatment that was diagnosed by the dentists

• Consistent follow ups with patients to get them scheduled for their treatment.

• Utilizing technology in the office, e.g. digital photos, intra oral camera photos when educating patients and discussing treatment

• Dealing with difficult patients and doing public relation calls to patients
• Following up with patients after they've completed their treatment plans

• Monitoring and maintaining treatment plans and case acceptance

• Monitoring and maintaining production and collections
• Meeting set goals
• Submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
